Mental healthcare from a board-certified psychiatrist that integrates brain health, mind-body medicine, and evidence-based treatment to support lasting well-being — not just symptom relief.
My Approach
Modern psychiatry often focuses on relieving symptoms — insomnia, anxiety, depression — through medication alone. Medication can be effective, and sometimes life-saving, but it's rarely the whole story.
I believe lasting mental health comes from understanding what's underneath the symptoms. Together, we look at the full picture: medical and hormonal factors, nutrition, personal history, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
My approach draws on:
-
Evidence-based medication management, when appropriate
-
Mind-body practices — mindfulness, somatic work, movement
-
Positive psychology — resilience, self-compassion, gratitude
-
Collaborative, goal-oriented care centered on your values
